"Joe must have taken us to 30 or 40 homes in a nine month period. He always acted as if he had nothing better to do on any given day. In the beginning we explained we were just looking, i.e. exploring the possibilities. This do not seem to matter to Joe. He made himself available even with somewhat unreasonable request, e.g. "tomorrow" we would like to see so and so houses. He was always well organized, e.g. the listing were given to us in the order of seeing the houses. Never felt rushed, never felt any sort of pressure. We planned to try different brokers, but quickly saw no reason to do that. It was when we began more serious and closed in on house we saw what a professional he was. It seemed like he did this hundreds of times before. He was always available to us helping us with the entire process."
